Mediterranean style house built in 2002 and enlarged in 2010 on three floors in Calle del Castaño, the highest and best views of the prestigious and beautiful urbanization El Tosalet de Jávea. It is accessed either by the pedestrian door, antique shop, or by the garage door that gives access to the roofed parking area.

The house has a heated pool and sauna. It has cable antenna for digital and analog TV and satellite dish. It has ironing area with second refrigerator and freezer arcon, washing machine, dryer and iron independent from the kitchen and with independent access to external clothesline.

The terrace is, in summer, the quintessential center of the villa with a comfortable dining room and outdoor dining room that makes the nights go on in a fresh and enveloping environment due to the nature that surrounds it. The light of the pool marks the horizon of the property and on it is drawn the profile of the Arenal Beach illuminated by the lights of the restaurants, Chills and bars that animate the night of Jávea.

The environment is magnificent and with spectacular views of the sea. The tranquility is absolute and enjoys all the services of a large urbanization: administration, holding of keys, general and own gardening, security by alarm, cameras and personal surveillance.

The high standing of the urbanization, its beauty and safety is a great attraction for a quality tourism and taste, ambitious for rest and its encounter with nature. The house is beautiful on the south side with the Natural Park of Granadella, a spectacular pine forest that starts in the house itself and reaches the same Cala de la Granadella which can be used as a hiking excursion (1 hour). By car you can access by the La Guardia road in 10 minutes. And to the tourist beach of Arenal in just 5.

The house has around 400 square meters of careful Mediterranean construction and decorated with unique pieces of antiquarian combined with paintings and original contemporary art. The house has underfloor heating and air conditioning hot / cold with consoles and splits.

The five rooms have en suite bathrooms. One of them with bath and shower and, in turn, one of them is with hydromassage. It has three televisions, the living room with flat screen and two in two of the bedrooms.
